Samoseli is a collection inspired by my home country, Georgia. The name Samoseli is a Georgian word that translates to “garment.”
Through this collection, I aim to introduce the rich culture and history of my small country to a broader audience. The six looks draw inspiration from traditional Georgian garments, which today are often seen in our national dance costumes — an important part of Georgian culture.
These dances, performed in synchronized harmony between a man and a woman, create a beautiful symphony, which also inspired the concept of the collection. Samoseli features coordinated looks for men and women, designed as matching or couple’s wear.
